The filings come from the California Secretary of State bizfile weekly bulk order (BE Bulk Order – Weekly Data). A row is listed when it names an entity and the entity type is not a name reservation. The page shows the entity number, name, entity type, status, initial filing date, principal address, city, ZIP code, jurisdiction, management structure, and the type of business when the file states one.

This site is an independent directory. It is not the California Secretary of State and it does not issue certificates. The authoritative search is https://bizfileonline.sos.ca.gov/search/business. The signed official record remains the one kept by the Secretary of State.
